Shipping

Each piece is thoughtfully crafted to order. Please allow 2–3 weeks for production before shipment.

Domestic shipping is included for larger pieces, while all other orders are subject to a flat-rate fee calculated at checkout.

If you have specific delivery instructions, please include a note at checkout or contact us directly.

RETURNS

All sales are considered final.

In the rare case that your item arrives damaged due to inadequate packaging on our part, please contact us. We will gladly arrange a replacement.

Using 100% recyclable materials, ensuring both protection and sustainability.

VAT & Customs Duty

Orders shipped internationally may be subject to import duties and taxes determined by your country’s regulations. These charges are collected by the local postal service on behalf of your government.

If duties are refused and the order is returned to us in its original condition, a refund will be issued excluding return shipping costs.

• Abandoned packages are not eligible for refunds

• Items returned damaged cannot be refunded
